Our Daily Bread
This is a free meal program offered to all who come through the door. Meals are served Monday-Friday from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Volunteers are always needed to help serve and clean up. For more information contact Our Daily Bread at 937.592.6325
First Lutheran Church serves every 3rd Monday of the month and provides the dessert for this meal. If you would like to volunteer to help in this ministry call the church office at 937.592.7699
Food Pantry
Meeting basic needs for nutrition can be a struggle for many families. Within Lutheran Community Services a food pantry exists to help with this need.
If you would like to make the food pantry part of your mission in God's world, donations of all non-perishable food items are accepted. First Lutheran Church, as part of our regular outreach, collects food on the 1st Sunday of each month for the food pantry.
Christmas Baskets
This annual program was developed to help make the Christmas season a little brighter for those less fortunate. Monetary and new toy donations are accepted to help offset the cost of this important program.
Individuals or organizations may "adopt" a family for Christmas. For more information contact Lutheran Community Services at 937.592.9914
